Building a Scalable Communication System for a Multi-Market B2B Platform

Data Center Nation is a B2B platform connecting stakeholders across the European data center industry.
As the company expanded rapidly across multiple markets, the main challenge was to create a consistent and scalable communication system that could support growth, improve clarity, and align all touchpoints, from marketing to on-site experience.

As Data Center Nation expanded into multiple international markets, communication became increasingly fragmented across channels, teams, and event locations.
The main challenge was to create a cohesive and scalable system capable of aligning digital, physical, and sponsor-facing communication, while managing growing operational complexity and high-density information environments.

I designed a modular visual and spatial communication system that could scale across locations while maintaining consistency, usability, and operational efficiency.
The approach focused on building a structured framework where design could support both communication clarity and business needs.

Registration & Access System
• Built a scalable check-in experience integrating digital and physical touchpoints
• Optimised attendee flow for 3,000+ participants through structured access points
Signage & Wayfinding
• Created a clear navigation system to simplify complex environments
• Designed visual markers, maps, and directional elements to guide users effectively
